• We schedule a follow-up call with our recruiter to clarify all details of your vacancy.
• You’ll receive a job description draft the same day.
• Together, we define a personalized recruitment workflow, including: Daily and weekly status updates, Salary expectation reports by country, Time-to-hire and cost-of-hire statistics, upon request.

Recruitment Begins

• Our recruiter starts working on your vacancy the next day after the intro call.
• This includes candidate research, HR interviews, and shortlisting of best-fit candidates.

Interview Coordination & Feedback

We schedule subsequent interview rounds as needed and handle candidate feedback coordination.

6.

Offer & Onboarding Support

We assist in preparing the offer for the selected candidate and help organize their first working day.

7.

Transparent Payment Terms

• 50% of the recruitment fee is due on the candidate’s first working day.
• The remaining 50% is payable after the trial period.

Free Replacement Guarantee

If the hire does not meet expectations, we provide one free replacement.
